Tweaked Audio ear buds come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty which covers manufacturing defects. Tweaked Audio, Inc. will  repair or replace the defective part or product with the same or comparable product at Tweaked Audio's sole discretion.

Damage caused by use, abuse, accident or normal wear and tear is not covered by the standard warranty, but is covered under a separate provision which entitles the user / abuser / accident victim / wearer-and-tearer to a 50% discount on another set of ear buds from www.tweakedaudio.com.
