Limited Lifetime Warranty

This warranty pertains to and covers Tweaked Audio brand products only.

Part one:
For a period of one year following the original purchase date, issues resulting from manufacturing defects will be fully covered. Tweaked Audio, Inc. will repair or replace the defective part or product with the same or comparable product at Tweaked Audio's sole discretion.

Part two:
During the first year, damage caused by use, abuse, accident or normal wear-and-tear is covered under a separate provision which entitles the user / abuser / accident victim / wearer-and-tearer to a 50% discount on a replacement from www.tweakedaudio.com.

Part three:
After the first anniversary of the product's purchase date, all claims are covered by the "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" 50% replacement warranty.
